My goods have been stuck in gopeng for more than a week and still not delivered., after calling , they promise to deliver but after another week still no sight..dont know why lazada and shoppee still use them....worst courier service ever..will go for ninjavan or flash. Their service are much much better..

Item has been stuck in that place for 2 days even more at this point. Tried contacting them through phone/live chat/even canning j&t HQ all to no avail as they have not even answered to us once! I also have had past experiences of my package arriving to my home via J&T and all damage as well. This company is a disgrace and has a bad reputation for giving the worst customer service ever! If you can whom ever is reading this, avoid using this service and avoid getting fought at this branch as well because they now have a reputation in holdings peoples items and nots responding like a kidnapper!!!!

my parcel reach there 3 days ago, still no deliver, then I pay deliver fee for what? Call many times but no one pick up. very bad service.

Parcel pending since 28th January, now already 4th Feb, no update! My friend purchase it the same day (shopee) already received few days ago. Call many times , noone pick up phone?!!!

Jnt this is a comment based on ur service in gopeng jnt. This place has been keeping and not processing my item since few days ago it is not been any helpful situation where it is transferred and I can receive my goods . I request jnt to seriously check the management of jnt gopeng because there has been several issues that have been happening to other people too .PLS PROCESS PEOPLE'S THINGS FASTER LIKE OTHER JNT. THE worst place ever of jnt courier.and management are not even responsive
