Bad service. Wild to customers. They said parcel pickup everyday at their place but my parcel pending one day without any update on system. The next days I go to the shop and ask them about my parcel. But they said my parcel had been picked up yesterday. They said a lot of parcels at J&T. That's why the system can't update.
