Previously the service was good but after change of manpower and the operation times to 9am. The time operation was uncertain and mostly late opening. After 9.15 also yet opened. This will be trouble for those who need to drop off parcel before starting work.

Delivery fast but advise to change their operation hours in google to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated. I was told by staff there that they do not accept parcels to be delivered after 6pm.

There is no much to talk about the courier service Jnt place, For clean part the rating will be 3/5 For the customer service I can't give an review because I haven't had any parcel to deliver thus the overall rating is 3/5 which is okay to visit

Very bad service. Call them but never pick up. If pick up they will cut the line. If can't sent my parcel just let me know, i will pickup myself. Item already arrive yesterday, but they just kept in their office. Better change name to j&t slow service.
