My order Out for delivery 1.25pm 8/12/22...but not arrived...now 7.18..status bad weather..but my wife order out for delivery 1.45pm...arrived around 5.30pm...same address....why separate delivery...??now i need to wait for tomorrow...waste time..before this delivery okey, i hope j&t put the driver contact number, more easier for customer get confirmation...

I called the number provided but no one answered. My parcel arrived in Teluk Intan on 28 February but up till now I still haven't received it. I checked the status it stated on hold. The last update was on last Tuesday, 1st March. When will you guys send the parcel?

Terrible service. Always wrong delivery or packages came cleanly cut open and exactly where you'd cut it (but they will lie saying tossing in their van caused it to open).
