J&T didn't deliver my parcel till now.I already texted,called them on their helpline and even emailed them but no response at all. Please just deliver your customers parcels like it's literally your job,we bought our orders using money,this is a serious problem,please take your customers complains seriously.

Worst kind of courier service. Can't manage to deliver parcels when the goods are already in town for near 4 days, with all kinds of excuse. Live plants dead by the time we received. Experienced lost parcels for few times already.

The biggest problem is delay. While j&t Kuching can manage the parcel within a day, this j&t holds the parcel for days. Please improve the management, show that you're as good as other j&t stations.

Paid RM700 for couriers service fee, and waiting for 3 day didn't deliver. Self collect with a long queue.

Worst j&t ever...wait more than 1 and half hour...they cant find my parcel....came twice but still cant find my parcel...no numbering system...people can easily cut the q....worst service
