When I track my parcel delivery status, it keep showing as "Unsuccessful delivery. Customer request for reschedule delivery". I didn’t even receive any message or call pertaining to my delivery, I wonder how the status can be updated as I have requested them to reschedule. Sigh…

Went to deliver an international parcel. Wouldnt comment on their delivery service, just on the way they handle my delivery request. It's like gdex's warehouse like that, if viewed from outside. But there is an office inside, handling delivery request. The staffs were friendly, the service was quick. Many options of payment available. Overall good service.

Recently, with no reason, Gdex keep reschedule delivery time and the reason tag "customer request to reschedule". I don't know this is gdex or delivery man problem. Furthermore this is not the first time facing such a bad service from Gdex. i have experienced once where Gdex keep dragging to ship my parcel (more than one month), even compliant to their customer service (Dev Anand), and (A.Fuad Sallehuddin), no one can solve the problem and they keep pushing to different department. this is really a nightmare courier company.
