Last wednesday I came to pickup my parcel but they said they were still scanning it so I can only pickup before 6pm. Today (tuesday) i came to pickup again , at exactly 5:50pm and the staff there , Qilah , said I can only pickup before 5 because there is nobody working at this time. Where is it stated anywhere that I can only pickup before these times? I checked with the J&T app , it is not stated anywhere. Not to mention the staff working there are extremely rude , as i was talking to another staff , 2 other staff were laughing very loudly

Very unfriendly workers. Very slow service and the workers at the front counter is only sit like a dead wood and when be asking any question he only can answered that one he dont know even though he is wearing a shirt with J&T logo but nothing can do.
