My parcel was stuck there for two days. At last I decided to pick up myself. When I arrived I tell the lady (with black glasses) that I wanna take my parcel, her attitude is quite bad, with a very bad tone and manner. In the end I got what I wanted, so I didn't bother with her so much 🙂

Called to ask for boxes if they have or NOT ! Absolutely LAZY and unknowledgeable and RUDE. Told customer they will whatsapp the photo of the boxes! From picture how to see dimension? You are the owner of this business, YOU SHOULD KNOW the dimension ! Highly not recommended, better go to other courier service !
