Its been 3rd time ABX update status that consignee does not answer phone. But when I checked call logs, there’s no any missed calls. So everytime I need to pickup at ABX store by myself 💔 Please improve that problems !

Now 11 mac 2021 3:50 petang. Im here at drop point jitra. No staff here. I want take my goods. Working time 9.30 - 5.30 petang but no staff here. Call no answer. So how? Today is last day. My home always have people. Never empty. I think they don't come my home... abx is very poor service

Jitra and changlun, my house from operation centre jitra, around 15 minutes only, but my item didnt receive yet, today is 3rd day im waiting... Bad service

We were not home. Our parcel was left on the floor mat at our front door 2 days ago. No call was received. Today found another parcel on the bench outside our front door . We were home but no call received and no door bell pressed. Very disappointed with the service.
