Personally I'm frustrated due to the delay of delivery but at the same time understandable since my parcel is big and heavy, most of the part timer delivery person will prefer smaller parcel than mine. I'm not sure about other branches or staff but the one i met works efficiently and in a friendly manner. I had no trouble communicating and completing my objectives of coming here. Since it is not crowded at the time of visit, it takes 7-8minutes for the whole process to deal with 2 of my large items. The person in charge of finding my parcel is willing to help me with the heavy lifting and even position nicely to fit into my car. Thus, for my case... It is a good experience.

I'm sorry ya , my parcel arrive at kuching earlier and handed over to J & t but still , I haven receive my parcel , I've waited for a long time , don't eat blind salary ya , do you job , get up and ship parcel okay?

Where my parcel, it show that out for delivery at 12 pm but now 5.38 pm still don't receive my parcel. Is that you guys delivery parcel based on your feel and just let your customer wait for whole afternoon?

I want to give zero star but its not possible so i give a star. Absolutely worst. My parcel going back and forth from j&t sarawak gateway. I called the office and they tell it will be transit to its own collect point but now its back at gateway. I asked if i can collect myself but she said it will be delivered soon. Now, it already passed the delivered date. If not bcs of shopee i wouldnt even use your service lah.
