If you want your parcel fast, come and collect yourself as mine has been sitting here in their shops called KEX/ABX Express Kuching Operating Center for the past nine days! When I called their KL Head Office (Kuching office has no telephone number, so they told me!😂😂😂) everyday for the past four days, their staff told me they would try to deliver on that day!😂😂😂 My only consolation was that the staff here were very friendly and helpful!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻 I am giving 5 stars for the counter staff's service & attitude but minus 2 stars for the management and hence 3 stars overall.

The service of this company doesn’t match the standards of today’s society. - Poor quality from the rider end up to the website maintenance. - Lazada informed me that delivery was unsuccessful after one day, with the explanation of heavy traffic/ road closure. I never encountered such problem travel in and out of my house all the time. - I called up customer service 3 times at different timing the next day to arrange for self pick up, customer service don’t know the address of the sorting centre. 🤦🏻‍♂️ So there is no way for me to self pick up. - Never ever successfully find any information on the tracking system about my parcel status. Worst experience of parcel service ever.

A very very good customer service. I called the HQ to asked about my parcel which their runner couldn't do delivery because seller put wrong number. They helped me very well. Excellent service for KEX EXPRESS! ❤️❤️

Worst courier company service that i ever meet. The worker ody collected my parcel but not sending to me. After 4 days he collected, just show delivery unsuccessful in system without telling us any reason. Saw all the comments here, I knew I'm not the only one facing this problem.

I've read tons of reviews about how this courier handled parcel and a lot of them were bad so when i was informed that my parcel had been handed to this courier, i was a bit scared but thankfully everything went great. My parcel arrived in Kuching yesterday (21/2) and were out for delivery today (22/2) at 1040am. The runner messaged me at 3pm smtg saying that my parcel has been delivered (with proof ofc). 4 star because the tracking was so slow.
