Motor can park within compound. Car need to park nearby area. Usually I park behind the office or across the street then just walk there. Service is ok and waiting time not that long.

Very worst service, simply answer No photocopy Machine. If don't have Machine means tell who incharge of this Pos Malaysia and buy the Machine. Machine just 130 Ringgit. But they don't have that much money. Very Funny answer. No Machine..Very very worst service...Must improve Pos,Very bad experience...

No one pickup the call during weekdays office hour & Saturday is closed. They only open from Mon to Fri. If you need to go pickup your parcel, need to take leave & go during weekdays. Really bad service.

The service is very poor in the delivery section. They wont even pick the calls. It is understandable for once or twice, I have been trying to call them at least a good ten times. I just want to arrange for redelivery, would it be too much for them to even pick up the call and answer the customer ?
