Fail to delivery parcel within 24hours as I'm using Next Day Delivery service. Tracking shown parcel arrived at this branch at 11am, they still have 4 hours to delivery (I'm sent the parcel 2.30pm yesterday) but until now 4.40pm parcel still on hold. Contact them no answer phone call. Update: Finally answer call and direct me to other branch for collection. Parcel "delivered" by collect myself. Luckily the branch is not far from my place. Reason on hold because no driver, will delivery tomorrow. Customer paid for Next Day Delivery service, should delivery within 24 hours, if tomorrow is within 48 hours. Disappointed with J&T service this time.

So disappointed with jnt ..need 2 self pick up..parcel suppose to be 24H delivery..when u arrive de office already closed @5pm..plz improve ur staff to understand n handle situation regarding customer service n be more responsibility..

J&T here x penah ontime. From morning to evening the weather is sunny and beautiful. It's almost 6 o'clock and it's starting to rain. But the reason he can't deliver is because the weather is bad. Two days in a row the same thing happened. Can you accept that kind of reason?
