sometimes good sometimes i don't know good maybe I'm sorry cos the first time delivered by them was receiving item on my car porch.. despatcher just throw in without even inform me up front. they don't have the policy to call customer i guess. until their part-timer who usually call first while on the way.

Easy to find the location with the banner that been put up. Everything great. Just they need to implement the e-wallet option for payment, at least from their own mobile apps.

Poor service in the counter. One of the rider never return my 30 rm change. I'm calling the drop point always no answer. Items already in the area but no delivery always late delivery.
