5 stars for the staff named Boy! Truly a kind-hearted person. And also for Bella! Such a friendly staff. My order was stated as delivered but I didn't receive the goods. Apparently, it was the automatic system. Which means my good was lost (the waybill was damaged). I was so disappointed. But then Boy came and volunteer to find the package. And he found it! Not all hero wears a cape! He even goes back to find my other good! Thank you so much Boy and Bella for making my day. 5 stars for these 2 staff, but not for J&T though. J&T please stop accepting parcels when your warehouse is already overloaded. Don't make trouble for your staff and customers!

For real… such horrible service for a courier business. Thought I’m the only one who got parcels on hold for months…. turns out that’s just J&T’s work of style. What a great example!!!

The worst ever service. Never released parcel for delivery in less than 10 days at least. No contact number to call, nothing. My several parcels declared lost by Shopee due to this CDC. Complain lodged in the web site, but will any actions be taken? Don’t think so. The latest now, my parcel is on hold for more than 20 days already. Ridiculous 👏🏽

Worst ever courier service. Shipments was stuck there 2 weeks even before Raya holidays. I went to the branch to check. They took the AWB# & my phone number & assured me they will call back. I was communicating via WhatsApp for a few days with the person I'm charge. Suddenly I saw status of parcel as showing unsuccessful (customer dont want to accept) & have been returned back to seller. Wasted nearly one month of my time. Totally useless courier service.

Unfortunately 3 items from shopee’s standard delivery are using J&T express. Items all stuck in this drop points for more than 20days. Call to check for items status will only result to still processing or loss after too many days of query. “Genius” attitude of staff, can just tell me loss so that I can make a placement purchase earlier but keep delaying until they can’t hold it then just declare loss. Pretty surprise this “excellent” company still can existed within other couriers services, and tired of dealing with them. Off topic, never tried never know, service from FedEx is sooooooooo good compared to them LOL
