Before this I always believe with j&t. But now it's terrible. They have many staff but the system is not systematic. They mix all items together then doing coding. It's better if you put your priority on the stuff like 1st come 1st serve. Now u put it all together for new and and existing items. That's why it late. Plz superior take note and improve this terrible system. Don't put new and all existing items together.

Dont deserve any star but hv to give 1 star only to comment. Staff counter really need to go training. They dont pickup the phone eventho they at the counter do nothing.

very terrible services! seems the staff here do nothing.. my parcel has been held for 3 days without any movements.. never pick up calls.. stupid services!
