The staff should be taught some manners, seem that they are so rude even towards the elderly. This is not the first time many have been complaining about them. Whether they are kampung people or the illiterate they deserve good service because you are paid for that. Please improve or just quit there are many more who are better off to replace you.

the staff should have common sense , rude at old man woah so disappointed, you should be taught some manners even the kids nowadays know the right thing to do , when the newest generation being so rude , you don't have to be curious why most of them acting like that , it's because your bad attitude that cause them.
