Over charge my shopee parcel with 11.50 kg written on the AWB, and the buyer payment were RM20+ for the delivery fee, still charges into me as seller for RM20+, literally checked it twice with Shopee about this problem but never come to an end! I even checked the parcel total weight it is less than 2kg actually? Licensed scam company!

J&T have reduced riders commissions from rm1.00 per parcel to rm0.30 per parcel. Because of this our packages are being damaged and arriving late. Some people have even reported their packages being stolen. Do not blame the riders, blame J&T!!!
