Zlock which is condo provide it for delivery service. Only GDex rejected this Zlock service which is not people at home to receive parcel. If you no wait for your parcel at home then you need go this location to collect parcel yourself and waste your time. Must sure your sit at home and wait and wait no app or SMS early to check it.

first day come i not at home, is okay i ask to put on Zlock which is condo provide it for posman to put the item into a box, so resident can take it, but the postman said cannot use, i went back to home and check the zlock is ok, no problem. postman said monday send it to me, but never come, the item very important i take leave to wait at home for whole day, but nothing come, i chech the status , status showed they came and cannot find me, but my phone didnt reveive any call from postman, now ji have to self pick up at tampoi gdex, waste time and energy and wasted my leave. if can i wanna give 0 star

Although the place is quite far from Bukit Indah.. And i was there to collect parcel.. The staffs very friendly.. Short waiting time for parcel collection.

Good place to pick up for public limited in number. No idea why the delivery became pick up status. My second time to pick up item at their Center. No sorry card, cal or message during the days. You should worry by yourself to tracking parcel all the time.
