went to this outlet for the first time as happen to be around the area. this outlet charges for the plastic pouch packaging (for the super small plastic 20cents) whereas based on my numerous experience at other outlets and just rechecked with their customer service, it should be provided for free. the audacity to simply charge when they got the packaging for free from the HQ!

went there to ask about pickup service since centre said should ask here for my house area. this one particular girl staff, the one with 'pretty' face, so arrogant. smirk, and look at me with disgust face and idk wth was her problem but she didnt provide any solution. went to your kiosk point since the house area is near to you and still in the same region. not crazy to stay in kl but ask selayang point to come pick up. need to improve this attitude of your one staff. front desk should be friendly, we pay for your service. kalau nak buat muka, tak suka jawab soalan orang, jangan letak dekat front desk yang handle customer.
