Coming yesterday 9/12/2022, one lady without tudung (short hair) very unhelpful, not giving any solution to wrap my parcel, and rejected my parcel with ‘attitude face’. Im with my kids very chaos that time. Luckily one lady with tudung suggesting to buy plastic sampah at 7E nearest. But very unconvinient, why dont you just provide bubble wrap @ wrapper with charges like DHL do? Please give propper training to your staff how to deal with customers politely. Thanks !

The service is bad, the staff is lazy and the attitude is tough, the mail is not accepted on time at 5 o'clock, and you are asked to come tomorrow! Really the worst company in JB AREA !

Just would like to comment mount Austin outlets about one of the the lady without tudung when first come in already tell her all 3 boxes deference place ,when one of lady with tudung measure the box I told her both boxes is the same measurements so this without tudung said I confused her ,as customer service should not argue with customer lastly is the card to accumulate (don't know what is that NV tell) kenapa Ada card tak keluarkan! This really make me feel sick of the service
