j&t express is the worst courier service in seremban with useless delivery riders who give a lot of excuses and disrespect customers.....your delivery workers are very rude, argumentive and have no dignity and respect for the job they do.....this kind of employees should be remove completely or your entire company will collapse to the ground

Absolutely bizarre ish service. Went to a lot of J&T branches in Malaysia. This is definitely the worst. Usually we jz need to give our phone number (as a sender) and the details of the receiver only. This branch requires us to scan qr code and fill up tons of information. Which i did. But i asked why cannot just key in my number, the guy jz said cannot do so. What nonsense is this.

parcel picked up by 5.40 afternoon. after 24 hours still not moving 🤦 visit j&t website complain they said too many parcels to load in lorry. this make no sense!! too many parcels lorry should be moving more fast not parking there 24 hours!! loading 787 plane??? wth. all lazy working. if can i give-⭐

Kindly pick up call and improve your courier services! Parcel being on hold from 19th until 28th without any updated. At the end the parcel was reported as item lost in the delivery process!! Call for so many time not pick up, other branches take 1 or 2 days for customers received their parcel, your branch no update no pick up call, customer purchased for ready stock because they want fast, and now its seem like slower than ship from overseas!!! Another parcel to here also on hold !! Why keep on hold for all the parcel ??? I'm really disappointed.
