Current staff is extremely rude. Face is always so long, and rude to every customers. Had an experience of the parcel weight shown on their scale of 2.9kg, but input as 3.1kg and got charged extra for it. While the amount it not much, but this is dishonest practice.

It is difficult to get parking there. We have no choice but to double park. It's a long queue as only 1 counter is open because another staff is having her break. The staff is fast and helpful.

Came so far to this J&T, reached at 6pm sharp and they told me they are closed??? J&T TTDI also same thing. Extremely Disappointed with J&T staffs

Service is always good. Box and plastic or tape will be provide without charges. Delivery also is super fast.
