The Malay guy staff at the front counter was rude and when I wanted to confirm the phone number he was like 'ahhh' which is not a proper manner to respond to customer. Please improve your service. When we call the jnt office to inquire there is no answer but when we go to the office there are staffs working. Why not answering the calls? And also the staff told me that there is no guarantee for things send by jnt, it might go missing in transit. Is it true?

Last 2 year, theres a men n women at front. They very kind. Help open a door for me. Today (friday, 9.6.2023) i go, there small girl. Not sure name. No smile. When answer my question also look very moody. Not sure what her problem. Period maybe. Please teach your staff to be polite. Did she forgot, her salary come from costumer?
