Bukan 1 kali. Tapi dah bykk kali gdex bagi alasan sama tak jumpa rumah. Padahal bukannya duk ceruk kampung. Rumah kat batu burok bandar kot. Mmg pemalas hantar barang. Not just once. But have been many times gdex failed to deliver with similar reason "can't find the house" which is nonsense coz i live in town just nearby their office. Very lazy to deliver.

You dont even deserve a star. The most terrible horrible unacceptable service in kuala terengganu. Why you hire such a lazy ass employee? I pickup 2 items my self at the branch and the other 2 was already out for delivery as told by the staff at the counter. The item was there since 4 days ago and there is no public holiday whatsoever. Stated in the tracking that my items are out for delivery at noon. 9pm still nothing. Guess i have to pickup again tomorrow. Why do you even exist in the first place? GDex Express. Express your ass!!
