Very bad service. Too slow. Even after 4days my parcel haven’t out for delivery yet. Already paid extra for next day delivery but they didn’t do that. Customer service is really bad and no one pick up the phone.

Lol! Delivery shipped on 5 aug but not delivery yet until 12 aug. What’s problem the parcel got delay ya? Within Selangor but cannot deliver as expected. Such a disappointment service from you. Then cannot provide the driver phone number with reason “kami tak ada nombor driver”. Go find lah already have name right there.

Irresponsible driver and customer service never service anything. Sent email for 1 week never get back response. Call at least 5 times and never get solution. Keep referring me to contact the same person who never pick up the call. Rubbish.
