Sorry to say, previously 2times i been thre for sen my parcel, thre is no issues on staf.. thre are polite n helping me but tday 4/6/21@6pm, i been thre, for sending my parcel, the malay lady staff whch is separated counter after the entrances, which received my parcel and scan my barcodes n telling tat "they are not responsible for any damages and i say ok.... Once she done my barcode scanning, she just throw my parcel@product infront me🤬 bsde of her basket.. did the receiver using papers to pay us & buy products??????? What are the rubbish she doing tis to our parcel.... Out there is so many struggling for work's n this people doin this!! Better u guide your's staff bfre working... Tq
