Yesterday i drop my parcel. Before i drop the parcel, i asked an indian staff whether they accept shopee xpress or not. She said yes. But after that they didnt scan my parcel. And today i had to come back again to ask about my parcel. And you know what? Actually they DO NOT ACCEPT SHOPEE XPRESS parcel here ! Luckily i went back here to ask about it. I told the staff i already double confirm b4 i drop the parcel. So guys, don’t drop SHOPEE XPRESS parcel here ok. Better go the MBE.

1) Branch will only open after 9am - I arrive at the branch around 8 to 8.30am but it will be only opened after 9am. But google stated that the operation hour is from 8am to 8.30pm except Tuesday from 8am to 7.30pm. The lateness has been on-going for the past 3 month. Is it fair for customer to wait? 2) Parcel drop off early morning around 9am but only scanned after 2pm or after 5pm - We experienced it for the past 3 month and there is still no improvement. We dropped off the parcels around 8.30 to 9am daily but the staff will only scan after 2pm or after 5pm

Website said Sunday open from 8a.m. to 8.30p.m. I went to J&T Sri Rampai at 9.30a.m. but it’s closed. Either the Google website is misleading or the staffs there lazy.

Totally sux. First time I sent my items there and already faced a problem. If you are Shopee Seller and you're using AWB Shopee Xpress, don't drop your items there. The system will not be updated and remains "To Ship" for weeks. Up to know, my customer has yet to receive the items. A big lost for a seller and on the other hand, J&T remains ignorance and proceed doing sux like nothing happens.
